Timeless

It's good to know some things never change....

This is me, age 16...junior in high school. I dressed up as a super hero. No, not for Halloween... I just did it because I'm Shea. ANd if you knew 16 year old Shea, it makes all the sense in the world.

This is me, 11 years later, age 27....mother of 3. I dressed up as a super hero. Yes, this time for Halloween. It is unfortunate that the picture is hiding my cape, spandex, bottom half of florecent pink bikini that was worn on top of the spandex, and rollerblades (yes, I had on rollerblades Damon....) I did it because I'm Shea. And if you know 27 year old Shea, it makes all the sense in the world.

And if you by chance knew 16 year old Shea, but haven't seen her since her junior year of high school; rest assured that 27 year old Shea is pretty much the same thing...with a lil more flab.

Somethings never die--my crazy ability to save the world in bright colored spandex attire and sweet capes is one of them.

Please move near me. :) No one understands my need to dress up every once in a while. I usually omit the spandex, however.

You are hilarious!! I wish I could see the entire outfit! Does someone have a picture of you? Is it on FB? I need to see it! I'm sure glad I know you now!

Just when I thought life couldn't get any better... I see this post. Thank you, Shea, for proving things are always better wearing spandex.

So glad that some unique, totally interesting, and loveable things never change. Please don't, even when you are 62.

Umm, is that my superman cape? Cause I don't remember telling you that you can wear it.

Now I really wish I knew the 16 year old Shea. But I guess if she is still the same Shea, it doesn't really matter. She's cool enough to wear spandex either way!
